Ongoing prosecution of 2 men charged with encouraging acts of terrorism and dissemination of terrorist publications in the context of extreme right-wing ideology and white supremacy.
Anne is instructed by the CPS Counter-Terrorism Unit to prosecute offences under sections 1 and 2 of the 2006 Terrorism Act. The defendants are alleged to have created and uploaded a series of radio podcasts which were designed to encourage acts of right wing terrorism in the cause particularly, of white supremacy and one is alleged to have uploaded right wing terrorist publications onto the online video hosting website, Bitchute. Proceedings are ongoing.
