Linda Strudwick was instructed to prosecute Koffi Kouakou, who was sentenced to four years in prison having pleaded guilty to fraud by false representation.
Mr Kouakou claimed to have been in a relationship with a woman who died in the Grenfell Tower fire, in order to acquire free accommodation.
