David Groome led Ari Alibhai in this successful prosecution on behalf of Football Association Premier League and Federation Against Copyright Theft at Nottingham Crown Court.
O'Leary and O'Reilly were found to have been responsible for the creation, operation and maintenance of a major pan European illicit Internet Protocol Television [IPTV] System. This was the first such prosecution of its kind in the UK.
