David Groome and Ari Alibhai Privately Prosecuted (on behalf of Virgin Media Ltd) Musaf Zinga of importing and wholesaling devices designed to defraud Virgin Media's cable television network. Fraud generated in excess of £25 million and caused losses in excess of £40 million.
