Paul Wakerley presented a case on behalf of the GDC against MM, which involved sixteen patients across a number of years.
The charges encompassed deficient professional practices, dishonest claims to the NHS and splitting treatments over multiple appointments. The dentist was erased from the dental register at the conclusion of a seven-day substantive hearing.
