Our team assists at all stages of the extradition process, from advice before an extradition request through to representation at every stage of the legal proceedings. 

Our Experience

We advise and represent in relation to European Arrest Warrants, requests from Category 2 territories and those with whom the UK has ad hoc extradition arrangements. We advise and represent in appeals against extradition at every level of Court, national and international. We prepare applications to the High Court for habeas corpus and Judicial Review Proceedings, and we provide advice and representation in relation to the removal of INTERPOL Red Notices and the transmission of material obtained through mutual legal assistance.
